Official Linkscape Feedback Thread

This YouMoz entry was submitted by one of our community members. The author’s views are entirely their own (excluding an unlikely case of hypnosis) and may not reflect the views of Moz.

Linkscape is like nothing SEOmoz has ever built before - it includes not only a search engine sized scale index of the world wide web, but a set of unique link popularity metrics and a tool to see links and link attributes. It's our most ambitious project to date and includes billions of points of data and dozens of complex pieces.

This thread is designed to be a resource for those using Linkscape to ask us questions about the product, make suggestions and contribute to the growth and improvement of its value. We ask that all comments in this thread be directly related to questions or constructive ideas for improving Linkscape. If you'd like to leave more generic comments, you can do so on the Linkscape introduction thread here.

Good topics include (but are not limited to):

  • Linkscape's WWW Index
  • mozRank (mR)
  • mozTrust (mT)
  • Domain Level mR and mT
  • Link Lists inside the tool
  • Link Counts
  • DomainJuice
  • FQD vs. PLD
  • Link Attribtues (e.g., img links, meta noindex, 301s, etc)
  • Anything that could improve the tool or your understanding of it!

We do have one request before you post comments, and that's to check the Linkscape Education Center to see if we've already got your subject covered. We very much appreciate all the feedback and look forward to working together to make Linkscape the best it can be.

p.s. If you prefer to send private feedback, please shoot a message to [email protected].
