Locating the Networks view in Moz Local
The Networks view in Moz Local is only available from the Account level. To access this view, make sure you are in the Account section of Moz Local and then click Networks from the left-hand navigation menu.
Networks Table
Within the Networks view, you can connect your locations to various networks based on your subscription level and country. This is also where you can get a high-level overview of which locations are missing data required to submit to certain directories.
Within the Networks table, you’ll find the following information:
Directory — The name of the directory or social network that is able to be linked to your location(s).
Enabled Products — The products this directory applies to that are included in your subscription level.
Listings — Directories that your location data is pushed to and updated on. The majority of directories will be automatically linked to your locations.
Social — Directories and social networks that allow for social posting via the social component of Moz Local. Some social media sites (LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram) are able to be linked to your location(s) only via the single location view. Please see the Social section of your account to link those networks.
Reviews — Directories or review sites that allow for review response via the reviews component of Moz Local. The majority of review directories (excluding Facebook and Google) will have matches for you to select. Please note: You must review these in order to link or connect. Some review sites are able to be linked to your location(s) for review monitoring only — please see the Reviews section of your account to link those networks.
Status — The linking status of your locations for this directory or network.
Linked — Indicates available locations are successfully linked.
Ready to link — Indicates available locations are ready to link but have not yet been connected.
Issues — Indicates locations have issues like missing data, network communication, or authentication issues, which are keeping them from being able to be linked to the directory.
Locations Linked/Total — The count of locations linked to this directory out of the total possible locations you can link.
You can hover over the Status column to see more information, including a count of the number of locations that are ready to link or have issues.
Click Connect or Manage Linking to review your locations and begin the linking process.
Connect your locations to various directories
After clicking the Connect or Manage Linking button at the right of the Networks table, a popup will open, allowing you to begin the connection process.
Your locations within the connection popup will be bucketed for easier prioritization and assessment.
Match Results — Locations where we were successfully able to search the network for a match.
No Match Found — If no match is found and we have all the data needed to create a new listing on your behalf, you will have the option to select the location using the checkbox on the left and then click Create Page at the top right of the table to start the creation process.
No Match Found (with Issues) — If no match is found and we DO NOT have all the data needed to create a new listing on your behalf, you will see a red warning symbol with a note of what data is required in order to start the creation process. Head to that specific location’s profile to update the required information.
Match Found — If a match is found, you can confirm it here and link your location to it. Click Link to link the matched listing or click Link Manually if none of the found listings are correct.
Issues — If there are locations within your account missing critical information needed to identify listings on various networks, they will be listed within the Issues section. Select the location to see what data is missing. Locations with network communication or authentication issues will also be listed here.
Linked — Locations that have been successfully linked to this directory will be listed within the Linked section. You can unlink a page by selecting the location using the checkbox on the left and then clicking Unlink Page.
Not Available — If there are locations we can’t support due to network limitations (such as API submission restrictions), they will be listed under the Not Available section.
