How do I change my password when I’m logged in?

To change your password when logged in, follow the below steps:

1. From the top right drop-down, select Account & Billing

Select account and billing via the drop-down on the top right.

2. Head to Login Settings from the top navigation bar

3. Click on the Edit button next to your password

Within you login settings you can click edit next to your password to update that information.

How do I change my password when I can’t login?

If you forgot your password you can reset it so you’re able to login. To do so, you can either head to https://moz.rankious.com/_moz/lost-password directly or you can click on the Forgot Password? link on the login page:

The forgot password link is available on the login screen.

I Requested a Password Reset but I Never Got an Email

If you’ve requested a password reset but haven’t received an email with instructions, please ensure that [email protected] is not blocked by your email server or flagged as spam.

If you’re still having trouble, please email [email protected] with the following information so our Help Team is able to assist:

  1. Please send the email from the email address associated with your account
  2. If you have a subscription tied to your account, please include the last 4 digits of the credit card tied to the account and the full name on the card
