Reviewer Name - the name shown on the native site
Review rating - star rating
Review text - text will display in its entirety from the native site
Review Network - an icon indicating where the review originated from
Write a Review Button - allows one to leave a Google review if Google is the only selected network.
How to Configure the Review Widget
Admin users can click the Widget from any of the following sections:
Account > Reviews > Widget
Group > Reviews > Widget
Location > Reviews > Widget
Select which networks should appear in the Review Widget via the dropdown in the top left.
Click Update in the Preview Widget box on the right to save changes.
Excluding Spam
To remove spam, check the box next to the spam reviews and click the Remove button.
Selected reviews will be removed from the list and the preview in the top right.
If all 10 reviews in the list are spam, you can select all with the checkbox on the left of the network selector.
If a review is accidentally marked as spam, click View removed to view the reviews marked as spam. Check the box next to the review then click “confirm” to un-mark that review spam.
How to Deploy the Review Widget
To deploy the Review Widget, copy the Widget Code into whichever website you plan to deploy the widget on. The Widget Code is unique for each location, group and account. If you are deploying the widget at the location level, you will need to copy the code for each location.
