Deleting or Archiving Campaigns
You can free up your Moz Pro allowances and remove Campaigns you no longer want to track by deleting or archiving the Campaign. Here are the steps:
- Head to your Manage Campaigns page
- Click on the gear icon on the right-hand side
- Select Archive Campaign or Delete Campaign.
Archive a Campaign: This stops data collection and frees up your allowance. As soon as you archive a Campaign we stop collecting data. You can reactivate an archived Campaign at any time to start data collection up again, as long as you don't go over your Campaign limits. We keep your data for 12 update cycles. For weekly updates that would be 12 weeks, and 12 months for monthly data. We'll store your historical Ranking data and Link data forever.
Delete a Campaign: This is permanent removal. No undoing, restoring, or anything of the like. Make sure you won't ever require any information pertaining to this Campaign again before you delete it. Please note: Campaign deletion is only available to primary account holders. Seated users will not be able to delete Campaigns.
Restore Archived Campaigns
You can reactivate an archived Campaign under the drop-down on the top left, provided you have available allowances.
Reactivating a Campaign will add it back to your active Campaigns. You'll see new data the next time your Campaign updates. So if you Campaign used to update on a Monday you'll see new data for your reactivated Campaign on the next Monday.
