Locating GBP Insights in Moz Local
GBP Insights in Moz Local is located within the Listings section of your account. To access this view:
Click Listings in the left-hand navigation menu
- Click Insights
You can view GBP Insights for a single location, a group of locations, or for all your locations (when managing multiple with Moz Local).
Just a reminder — you must connect GBP to your Moz Local location to see data in the GBP Insights dashboard view.
Google Business Profile Insights
The Google Business Profile (GBP) data seen in this dashboard is pulled from your connected GBP profiles. You can use this view and data to monitor how often people interact with your GBP listing and how they interact with it. Gain a better understanding of how people are finding and talking about your business.
- Website Links – The number of times the website link was clicked on a GBP listing.
- Unique Directions Requests – The number of unique customers who have requested driving directions to your location from your GBP listing.
- Phone Calls – The number of times the phone number in your GBP listing was clicked.
- Total Leads – The total number of interactions with your GBP listing. This metric combines website clicks, driving direction requests, and phone calls.
- Leads Over Time – This graph shows your GBP listing interactions over time. Hover over the data points to see an exact count per day. Use the drop-down to select a timeframe.
Search Keywords Used by Your Customers
Below the breakdown of GBP Insights is data around the keywords customers are using to find your business’s GBP listing.
The Top 5 Keywords graph will show you the top 5 keywords used to find your listing, along and how often they were used over time.
Click on the keywords below the graph to remove them from the graph view. Hover over the data points to see the exact usage count for a specific month.
Below the graph you’ll see a chart listing the Top Keywords by Impressions.
The count shown in the far right column indicates the number of times the keyword has been used. Use the search bar to find a specific keyword.
