Settings & Digest Emails in Moz Local
To adjust the settings for your Moz Local Email Digest, head to the Settings section of your Moz Local account.
If you are managing multiple locations through Moz Local, your settings menu can be accessed via the left hand navigation.
If you are managing only one location and do not have a side navigation bar, you can access your settings from the gear icon on the top right next to Publish.
Available Settings
Within the settings menu, you will see two sections- E-Mail Notifications and Sessions.
E-Mail Notifications
Under E-Mail Notifications you will have the option to turn on Digest Emails for your locations and New Review emails. In order to see the option for New Review emails, you will need to have a Moz Local subscription which includes review management.
Sessions
If you have logged into Moz Local in different browsers, tabs, or on different computers you will have active sessions associated with those logins. You can click Log out of all these sessions to log out of those.
Digest Email
When the Digest email option is Activated you can choose the frequency with which you’d like to receive those emails. You have the option of weekly, monthly, or quarterly.
When the email is received, your business information and the frequency of the report will be noted at the top.
The digest will then include a breakdown of the following information:
- Your Profile Completeness
- Sync-status with directories
- Social media performance (Impressions and Clicks) if Google and/or Facebook are connected to your location
- Suggested next steps
- List of directories you’re currently listed on
- Average review rating
- Latest reviews
If you’d like to change the frequency in which you receive your Digest Emails you can do so from the Settings menu or from within the email itself using the links at the bottom of the message.
New Review Email
If you opt to activate the New Review email option, Moz Local will email you when you receive a new review on the platforms included in your review management.
