Getting Help With Moz Pro

If you need help with Moz Pro, we encourage you to check out the guides and walkthroughs in the Help Hub. Many common issues are addressed there along with troubleshooting tips and tricks. You can use the left-hand navigation to browse by section or the search bar to query a specific phrase.

If you’re unable to find the answer to your query or you have a question for the Help Team, you can reach them by emailing [email protected] or by using the contact form.

When submitting your support request to the team, we ask that you include as much information as you can so the team can help you as efficiently as possible. Below we’ve outlined the types of information needed in order to help with common queries.

Help With Site Crawl

If you’re having trouble with Site Crawl-related issues, the Moz Help Team will need as much of the following information as possible in order to assist:

  • The email address associated with your Moz account (if it’s different from the email used to contact them)
  • A detailed summary of the issue you’re reporting and where in the tool you’ve encountered trouble
  • The name of the Campaign you’re working with
  • The domain or URL you’re having trouble setting up or crawling
  • If possible, a screenshot of the error or issue you’re reporting

If there is any other information needed in order to assist, the Help Team will reach out via email. Please keep an eye out for communications from the team.

Help With Rankings

If you’re having trouble with Rankings-related issues, the Moz Help Team will need as much of the following information as possible in order to assist:

  • The email address associated with your Moz account (if it’s different from the email used to contact them)
  • The name of the Campaign you’re working with
  • A list of the keywords you need help with
  • The date range selected in the tool
  • Any information regarding the issue that you’re seeing in the tool (i.e. the ranking URL, the rank you’re seeing, etc)
  • If the issue is in relation to a .csv upload, a copy of the .csv file
  • If possible, a screenshot of the error or issue you’re reporting

If there is any other information needed in order to assist, the Help Team will reach out via email. Please keep an eye out for communications from the team.

Other Help

If you need help with something not related to Site Crawl or Rankings, please provide as much detail about the issue as possible in your message to the Help Team, including:

  • The email address associated with your Moz account (if it’s different from the email used to contact them)
  • The name of the Campaign you’re working with (if applicable)
  • If the issue is related to a research tool, which tool are you using and what you are querying
  • Your browser type and version (e.g. Chrome Version 84.0.4147.105)
  • Other browser types you've tried
  • Your OS type and version (e.g. Mac OS 10.14.6)
  • If possible, a screenshot of the error or issue you’re reporting
