Images
What’s covered?
In this guide, you’ll learn more about adding Images to the Social section of Moz Local.
Bulk Upload of Images
You can bulk upload images into the image library by following these steps:
Select a location by navigating to Account > Locations > Your Location
Select the Images tab beneath Social
Click the Upload button
To choose multiple images, hold down the Command key on your keyboard and select all of the images that you’d like to upload. From this pop up you can also select any number of images to edit using the platform’s photo editor.
Check the images you want to edit and then click Close.
The photo editor will populate for each image you have selected, giving you the ability to add layering options including images, text, and square/circle layering. The images will appear at the top of your image library. If you want to add tags, click the Edit icon in the box to the right of the image.
Image Tags
An Image tag allows users to better organize images by content.
Tags allow for content and resource management by enabling users to filter, group, search, sort and locate images. Tags also allow for Scheduler automation by allowing scheduled posts to automatically incorporate specifically tagged images.
To tag an image:
- select Content
- select Images
- find the image you’d like to tag and click the pencil icon
- type in your tag name(s) separated by commas
- click Save Tags
Note: Tags are an internal organization system only and are not publicly facing.
Image URLs
Looking to find the URL associated with an image? Navigate to the Images section of the Content dropdown and right-click on the desired image. Select Copy Image Address OR click Open Image in New Tab and pull the link from there.
Yes! Amazing! Yes! It was what I needed. Meh. It wasn’t really what I was looking for. No, it wasn’t helpful at all.
Thanks for the feedback.
