Locations

This guide explains the Locations view within the Reviews section of your Moz Local account. This view is only available when accessing Reviews at an account or group level. 

When viewing the Reviews section of Moz Local at the Account or Group level, you will have the option to see an overview of the review data for all the locations within that account or group. This overview is found in the Locations section or Reviews. 

The Locations view can help you get a holistic overview of how customers are reviewing your locations and how quickly you’re responding to reviews. Use this view to get insights at a glance.

The very first table within the Locations section is an overview of how your locations are performing on each network you have connected to Moz Local. This is similar to the table seen in the Insights Dashboard of your review section.

This table includes the following information:

1. Network — The name of the review network.

2. Average Score — The average review score over the selected timeframe for the given review network.

3. All Time Native Score — The all-time review score on the given review network as of the end date of the selected timeframe.

4. Positive — The number of positive reviews received.

5. Neutral — The number of neutral reviews received.

6. Negative — The number of negative reviews received. 

7. Total Reviews — The total number of reviews in each network.

Please note: Review numbers for Facebook may not match the counts seen on the Facebook Business Page. This is because Facebook only provides review data from within the last 10 years. 

Below the network overview table, you’ll see a list of all the locations within your account or group.  

For each location you will see the following information:

• The average response time for that location

• The average star rating for that location

• The review networks you have connected to Moz Local for that location

• A sentiment analysis overview showing how many positive, neutral, and negative reviews the location has received

Click any location within the list to be redirected to the location-specific Reviews view for that location.
