Managing Multiple Subscription Types in Moz
Moz offers various tools and solutions for your SEO needs, some of which require separate subscriptions. But don’t worry! You can manage multiple subscriptions within the same account.
Active Subscriptions
Within the Subscriptions page of your Account & Billing section, you will be able to see what Moz Products you are subscribed to. Each product type you are subscribed to will have its own tab which means you have the potential to see 5 tabs available in this view - one for each of the following: Moz Pro, Moz Local, Moz Links API, Shared Subscriptions, and Inactive Subscriptions.
If one of these 5 tabs is not visible, it means you do not have that subscription. Only tools which have (or used to have) subscriptions tied to them for this account will be visible.
For example, the below account has an active Moz Pro subscription, is subscribed to Moz Local, and is a seated user on another Moz Pro subscription.
Click on the tabs to toggle between views and manage each particular subscription.
Inactive Subscriptions
If you have had a Moz subscription in the past and it is no longer active, it will be listed under Inactive Subscriptions. Click Reactivate to start the reactivation process.
Please note: Clicking the Reactivate button for a former Moz Local subscription will take you to the purchase flow for Moz Local. There is currently no way to reinstate a fully cancelled Moz Local subscription - the location must be repurchased. If you have only disabled auto-renew for a location and are looking to re-enable renewal, please see our Moz Local guide.
Shared Subscriptions
If you are a seated user on another Moz Pro subscription, you will see a Shared Subscriptions tab on the Subscriptions page of your Account & Billing section. Here you’ll also find the options to Switch to Account and to Remove Yourself from the subscription.
When switching to an account, this will change your access to the various tools to reflect the limits associated with that subscription. For example, if you have an active Standard Moz Pro subscription and are seated on a Medium Moz Pro subscription, you will see the limits and Campaigns associated with the Medium subscription when that account view is selected.
You can also switch your account view via the Moz Pro Home Page.
