Non-Profit Subscriptions

This guide walks through the non-profit discounts offered for Moz Pro subscriptions and how to get set up with this discount.

We offer a 75% discount on your Moz Pro subscription if you are a government-recognized charitable non-profit and can provide proof via your 501(c)3.

Please note: This is not able to be combined with the annual subscription discount. Only one discount may be applied to your subscription.

To let us know you are a non-profit, please reach out to our Help Team with the following information:

• The email address associated with your account
• The subscription level and billing cadence (monthly or annual) you’d like to sign up for
• A copy of your 501(c)3 or similar proof of government-registered charity for your region

To ensure the sign-up process moves as quickly as possible, please make sure you are either signed up for a free trial of Moz Pro or that you have payment details saved to your account. You can add payment details via the billing section of your account.

Once you’ve sent the above information to our Help Team, they will set up your non-profit discount and confirm the details of your account.

The proof we'll need of your non-profit status is typically a copy of your 501(c)3 determination letter. This is a letter that is issued by the IRS and states an agency is a 501(c)3 organization. It's the same letter you'd use when filing taxes with the federal government and that was issued to your organization when you initially applied for non-profit status and became a non-profit. Please note: This is not the same as a tax exemption letter.

If you are outside the US we'll need proof via a similar form that proves government-recognised charitable status.
