Updating Your Credit Card
If you’ve received an email letting you know we were unable to process your credit card and you need to update the one on file for your account or if you have a new card you’d like to use moving forward, you can update this information in the Billing Info section of your account.
You can access your Billing Info section and update your credit card information via https://moz.rankious.com/_moz/billing or by following the steps below:
From the circle icon on the top right, click Account & Billing to head to your Subscriptions Summary page
From the blue navigation bar at the top of the screen, click Billing info
Under Billing Information your payment methods should be listed - click Replace to the right to be taken to a screen to enter your new credit card information
It says that my account is manually invoiced- what do I do?
If your account is currently listed as manually invoiced and you would like to pay by credit card moving forward, please email [email protected] with the following information:
The primary email address associated with the account
The billing address associated with the account
