Please note: The Google Q&A section of Listings is only for publishing owner Q&As. Questions submitted by customers via your Google Business Profile will populate in your Engagements queue of the Conversations section.

What is Google Q&A in Moz Local?
The Google Q&A feature in Moz Local allows you to publish your own Google Questions & Answers at scale. Adding owner Q&As to your Google Business Profile listing can highlight your business’s most important FAQs to avoid confusion or incorrect information pertaining to your business. While Google states that an up-to-date Q&A section will not impact search rankings, they encourage you to post Q&A to achieve profile completeness. Overall, this feature will enable you to manage owned Google Q&A easily and efficiently.
Locating Google Q&A in Moz Local
The Google Q&A section of Moz Local is located within the Listings section of your account. This feature is accessible from the account, group, and location level.
Looking to respond to Google Q&As from customers? Head to the Engagements view of your Conversations section. Learn more about Engagements.
Creating a new Q&A
To create a new Owner Q&A, click Add Q&A at the top right.
This will open the Add Google Q&A pop-up, where you can add your questions and answer them in bulk. Click Add Question to add additional Q&As, and then click Save when ready.
Once you’ve clicked save, your Owner Q&As will be listed in a table along with the date they were created and the upvotes for both the question and answer.

Editing or deleting Q&As
Use the buttons in the Actions column to Edit or Delete a Q&A from your Google listing.
At the account or group level, you also have the option to add a Q&A to additional locations. To do so, click the Pencil icon in the Published Locations column.
Where to answer customer-submitted questions
To answer questions submitted by customers, you will need to navigate to the Engagements section of Conversations. From here, you have the option to filter by engagement type to see only Google Q&A submissions.
